Blueberry and Watermelon Sparklers
Who knew the simple combo of watermelon and blueberries could turn into something so magical? These fruit skewers are a great way to beat the heat, and will look great in all of your holiday photos. A great snack for children and adults alike, this sweet treat is sure to make a splash at your summer party!
Ingredients:
Watermelon
3 cups of blueberries
15 wooden skewers
Directions: Cut your watermelon into 1 inch slices. Use a star shaped cookie cutter, and cut star shapes from the watermelon. Slide your blueberries down the skewer, and place the watermelon star on top. Then you're ready to enjoy!
Deconstructed Cherry Cheesecake Parfait
A new take on the classic cherry pie, this tasty treat will have your guest’s mouth watering in no time! Not only is this dessert delicious, but is incredibly easy to prepare. Skip the grunt work of baking and upgrade your dessert table with this dish!
Ingredients:
1 9-inch cheesecake
3 cups of cherries
6 cups of crushed graham crackers
Directions: Add a layer of graham crackers to the bottom of each parfait glass. Blend your traditional cheesecake in a mixing bowl. Using a piping bag, cover the layer of graham crackers with the cheesecake. Top each parfait with your cherries, and you're ready to serve this delicious dessert!
