Enjoy ramen and more in Furious Spoon’s revamped full-service restaurant.
Furious Spoon, a favorite ramen destination for locals and visitors, has revamped its location in Evanston and transitioned to full-service dining. The new space features ample family-style dining, street-inspired art and patio seating. You won’t go hungry with its expanded delicious menu and full service. New menu items include the Oshinko pickle plate (an array of pickled veggies, daikon radish, eggplant and cucumber), marinated silken tofu (miso-marinated tofu, bonito flakes and crispy shallots) and the Mother-Clucker ramen bowl (chicken shio broth, honey-ginger chicken breast, crispy shallots, Thai basil and lime). Ramen and rice bowls range from $14 to $18.
“People are surprised at how much work goes into the quality of every bowl—everything from our housemade noodles and chashu to our fresh ingredients,” says chef Shin Thompson. 1700 Maple Ave., furiousramen.com
