At-home workouts have never been more popular, and the interactive Mirror system from Lululemon sits at the cutting edge of social technology. Turning the traditional mirror into a screen, the Mirror streams live and on-demand fitness classes on its two-foot surface, bringing you a futuristic workout in any room of your home. Now, the company takes personal training one-step further with Mirror Weights.
Of course these aren't your average weights. Coming in both a dumbell and ankle weight variety, these workout accessories utilize a proprietary advanced sensor network to pair with your Mirror directly. The smart weights can track your reps in real time, help correct your form and recommended the appropriate amount of weight for each move.

Mirror is also launching a Universal Health Score, or UHS, that targets users' heart rates, muscles and recovery. The score will help Mirror recommend and track the amount of cardio and strength training a user must maintain to reach personal goals, while also encouraging a healthy break for recovery. Paired with the weights, workouts can be optimized to each users unique maximum potential.
Ankle weights come in one or two pound varieties, ranging from $80 to $95, and are made from soft-touch silicone for a comfortable cushionwhile. The dumbbells range from one to 35 pounds and retail for $50 to 200. They feature a zinc face plate with a matte chrome finish and mirrored logo, with a high-quality rubber edge to protect weights and floors. When connected to Mirror, the weight number on the faceplate will glow.
Combined with Mirror's existing live sessions—of which there are more than 100 a week offering dance, boxing, yoga and more—the system should provide a well-rounded and balanced at-home fitness routine. Mirror even offers one-on-one personal training sessions.
