Luxury living is about to set a new standard, as real estate mogul Burj Binghatti and jeweler to the stars Jacob Arabo. unveiled plans for an uber-luxurious residence in Dubai which hopes to be the tallest residential building in the world.
From the complex architecture to its unbelievable height, this glorious “hyper tower” is destined to sit in the financial district of Dubai’s Business Bay.

Boasting more than 100 stories, the building will feature two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, a spa, a gym and other amenities. A crystal blue infinity pool will overlook the magnificent Dubai skyline.
If that wasn’t enough, the building will also promise residents a concierge team offering daycare, bodyguard services, private chefs and a chauffeur.
It’s a head-turning structure not only for its lofty design, but for its partnership with one of the world’s leading jewelry companies, Arabo’s Jacob & Co.
“Both our brands are born from the sheer desire to achieve what breaks boundaries,” says Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and Head of Architecture of Binghatti, in a press release. “What Binghatti has done in real estate—by creating a brand through a distinct design philosophy and architectural identity—is very similar to what Jacob & Co. has done in the world of jewelry and horology.”
The partnership created a unique and complex building design with futuristic silhouettes that reflect the innovative intent behind each brand.
“We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co. timepieces,” Binghatti says, “and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower.”
The building offers three styles of penthouses all named after Jacob & Co.’s most popular watches; the Fleurs De Jardin, the Astronomia and the Billionaire.
“The interior design of the penthouse collection will be directly inspired by their unique aesthetics,” Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co, says in the press release. “As suggested by the name, the Billionaire Penthouse is the hyper tower's jewel in the crown.”
To top off the unveiling, Jacob & Co. launched exclusive timepieces and jewelry that clients can purchase alongside their residential units.
